PRIOR TO FLORIDA - Member of 1990 Florida State championship team (Level 9)...1989 Virginia Class I floor exercise champion plus took third in vault and fourth in all-around, helping team to a second-place finish...took third in floor at 1988 Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) Championships...sat out 1991 season due to wrist surgery...member of Brown's Gymnastics club and coached by Ray Nat...a member of Lake Brantley's track & field team, competing in sprints, long and triple jumps.
