The University of Florida women's basketball team, band and cheerleaders boarded a charter airplane in Gainesville early Friday evening and touched down at Hartford's Bradley International airport at approximately 7:15 p.m.
The Gators have a full day of events scheduled on Saturday in preparation for Sunday's NCAA Tournament first round game against Temple.
Following breakfast, the team will have two hours of study hall in the hotel with academic advisor Judy Traveis, before traveling about 45 minutes to Storrs, where the Gators will meet with the media and have an hour of court time at Gampel Pavilion.
