Did you lose something while attending a University Athletic Association event? Lost items can be reported by filling out the form below. In the "Detail" section, please include as much information about the item as possible, such as which event you were attending, the color and physical description of the lost item.
If something turned in matches your item, you will be contacted to verify details of the item.

- If you are notified that we have your item, that item can be picked up during normal business hours (8:30 to 5:00 p.m. Eastern) with a valid photo ID
- Unclaimed items will be discarded or donated 14 days after the date the item is turned in
